Terms
These terms apply to the Birdblocks mobile game, published by Redpolls Inc. ("we", "us"). By installing or playing Birdblocks you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Birdblocks on devices you own or control, for your own private use. You may not sell, rent, redistribute or sublicense the game.
Birdblocks is a single-player offline game. There is no account. Your scores, coins, unlocked flocks and habitats, streaks and settings are stored on your device only. Deleting the app deletes that data, and we cannot recover it for you because we never receive it.
Birdblocks offers optional in-app purchases. All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive or store your payment details.
Birdblocks is free to play and shows advertisements supplied by Google AdMob. Some ads are optional and reward you for choosing to watch them. Buying Remove Ads permanently disables interruption ads; optional reward videos remain available and only play when you choose to start one. How advertising data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
Please do not modify, decompile or reverse engineer the game, tamper with saved data or purchase records, use automation to play, or attempt to obtain paid items without paying. We may stop providing the game to anyone who does.
We may update, change or discontinue Birdblocks, including individual features and items, at any time. We may also update these terms. If we do, we will post the revised version at this address and change the effective date above. Continuing to play after that constitutes acceptance.
Birdblocks is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted or free of defects.
To the extent permitted by law, Redpolls Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of Birdblocks, including loss of game progress or virtual items. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law rules.
