Birdblocks Privacy Policy

Summary

Birdblocks is an offline single-player game. We do not require an account and we never sell your data. Your game progress is stored only on your device. The game does send anonymous usage statistics and crash reports to Google Firebase so we can fix problems and improve the game, described under Analytics below, and its advertising partner processes the data described under Advertising.

Advertising

Birdblocks shows advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process data to serve ads, including: device identifiers (such as the advertising ID / IDFA where you have granted permission), IP address, coarse location derived from IP, and ad-interaction data (views, clicks).

On iOS, we ask for tracking permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. If you decline, ads are served without using your device's advertising identifier for personalization.
In regions covered by GDPR/UK GDPR, a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) is shown before any ad is requested. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy options inside the app.
If you purchase Remove Ads, interruption ads are removed permanently. Optional reward videos remain available and only play when you choose to watch them.

Analytics and crash reports

Birdblocks uses Google Firebase to understand how the game is played and to fix crashes. Firebase collects: gameplay events (for example which puzzle was solved, which reward was claimed, which ad placement was shown or skipped), device information (model, OS version, language), a per-install app instance identifier, and crash reports with technical stack traces. This data is linked to your device's app instance, and we use it only to improve the game. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and none of it identifies you by name.

Firebase's practices are described in Google's Firebase privacy documentation . Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for Firebase for up to 14 months. Deleting the app ends collection from your device.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple App Store / Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. Purchase entitlements are recorded on your device; use Restore Purchases in Settings after reinstalling.

Data we store on your device only

Game progress, scores, coins, owned themes, settings, streaks, and mission state. Deleting the app deletes this data.

Notifications

Optional local reminders (streaks, daily gifts) are scheduled on your device only, and only after you opt in. No push-notification service is used.

Children

Birdblocks is not directed at children under 13 and is not enrolled in child-focused store programs. Ad content is rated T (Teen) or lower via AdMob's content rating controls.

Changes

We will update this policy at this URL if our practices change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
